We're looking for a motivated Telemarketer to join our team and become the voice that represents our brand. You'll engage with potential customers over the phone, spark curiosity, build trust, and introduce them to solutions that genuinely add value.
This isn't just about calls,it's about creating conversations that matter.
What You'll Do- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our products and services with energy and professionalism.
- Listen actively, identify needs, and tailor your message to connect with different types of people.
- Overcome objections with confidence, creativity, and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in our CRM system.
- Hit daily/weekly call and conversion targets while keeping the customer experience front and center.
- Collaborate with the sales team to pass along qualified leads and insights.
- A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people.
- Resilience,the ability to handle "no" and keep the energy up for the next "yes."
- A positive attitude and a goal-driven mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn CRM tools.
- Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
