Front Desk Duties:

  • Greet and assist patients warmly upon arrival.
  • Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and reminders.
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and general patient communication.
  • Assist patients with registration, consent forms, and payment process.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.

Administrative Support:

  • Update and manage patient records accurately.
  • Assist doctors and nurses with daily clinic coordination.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and simple administrative documents.
  • Handle stock check for front desk items (forms, brochures, etc.).
  • Support clinic operations and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
