Coldroom Store Keeper/Store Supervisor

  1. Monitor and ensure all subordinates (warehouse team) are following company's assigned tasks, policies, rules and regulations, and maintain good relationship with subordinates. Immediately escalation to management is required if there is any issue.

  2. Maintain and ensure company properties such as forklift, warehouse facilities, cold rooms are in good condition and meet all safety requirements. Immediate escalation to management is required if there is any issue such as service or repair needed.

  3. Perform and supervise daily inbound operation tasks such as receiving of goods, checking and put away within the key performance indicator (KPI).

  4. Conduct product cycle count tasks and maintain high level of inventory accuracy within key performance indicator (KPI).

  5. Ensure all inbound and outbound transactions are accurately and timely updated in company system.

  6. Work closely with sales and purchasing department to assist on monitoring stock balance to ensure smooth business operation to avoid loss of sales.

  7. Responsible to ensure subordinates attending the forklift training course in timely basis.

  8. Constantly identify the supply chain issues and propose improvement areas needed to enhance efficiency and productivity as well as optimize warehouse capacity utilization.

  9. Prepare daily inventory and discrepancy reports and review the reports with management in weekly basis.

  10. Act as Health and Safety Officer to monitor and maintain the warehouse safety, orderliness and cleanliness at all time.

  11. Responsible to ensure all equipment such as forklift, cold room, chiller and other equipment are serviced timely (report needed).

  12. Responsible to come back to warehouse to check or start the backup batteries whenever there is an electricity cut-off or alarm goes off issue (including weekend).

  13. Perform warehouse opening and closing according to company policies.

  14. Conduct preventive check before and after using forklift and machines, and maintain the cleanliness at all time.

  15. Conduct Employee Performance Evaluation (EPE) and review employee performance together with top management at least twice a year – tentatively in June and December.

  16. Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

  17. Follow and obey to company's policies and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
