JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a responsible and organized Logistic & Store Coordinator to manage our store operations and coordinate logistics effectively.

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the orderliness of the store, tracking materials, and ensuring smooth daily movement of lorries, drivers, and site workers.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF STORE MANAGEMENT:

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area at all times.
  • Arrange, label, and store materials in a systematic and accessible manner.
  • Perform routine stock checks and update inventory records.
  • Receive and inspect materials and tools upon delivery.
  • Prevent loss, damage, and theft through proper handling and security measures.

LOGISTICS & COORDINATION:

  • Schedule and monitor daily usage of company lorries.
  • Coordinate with lorry drivers on material deliveries and site movements.
  • Ensure proper documentations for deliveries, returns, and material movement.
  • Plan and communicate logistics support for site activities.
  • Maintain movement records for tools and equipment issued to worker.

TEAM SUPPORT :

  • Assist in coordinating worker mobilization and demobilization.
  • Liaise with project teams to understand site requirements and plan logistics accordingly.
  • Support supervisors and Project Managers in ensuring timely delivery of materials and tools.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Proven experience in storekeeping, logistics, or a related role (experience in construction industry is an advantage)
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Whatsapp, inventory tracking apps).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 per month
