Our client Eemont Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Network Service Engineer to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Network Installation: Install, configure, and commission enterprise network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
  • Troubleshooting Expert: Perform troubleshooting, fault analysis, and issue resolution to ensure optimal network operations.
  • Technical Support: Provide professional technical support for Huawei and multi-vendor network environments.
  • Hardware Management: Manage hardware replacement, repair coordination, and RMA handling with vendors.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and configuration records.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver reliable and timely service.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with SLA, operational procedures, and customer satisfaction standards.
Who are they looking for?
  • Huawei Certified: Hold a valid Huawei HCIE-Datacom certification, which is essential for this role.
  • Experienced Professional: Have at least 3 years of experience in enterprise network implementation, support, or service engineering.
  • Network Savvy: Possess strong understanding of data communication technologies, L2/L3 networking, and routing/switching protocols.
  • Vendor Versatility: Have experience with Huawei and other major vendors such as Cisco, HPE, or Juniper.
  • Problem Solver: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Self-Starter: Be self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
  • Location Flexible: Preferably based in Johor, Malaysia, but open to candidates willing to relocate.
  • Travel Ready: Be able to travel if necessary for work assignments.
  • Mobile: Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
