About the role

As the Regional Operations Manager for Anytime Fitness Corporate Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of multiple fitness centres across Malaysia.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Anytime Fitness Corporate clubs in Malaysia, ensuring they meet operational and financial targets
  • Provide hands-on leadership and support to club Area Business Managers and Senior Club Managers, helping them to effectively manage their teams and drive member retention and growth
  • Monitor club performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the regional and national leadership teams to develop and execute consistent brand standards, policies and procedures across the network
  • Oversee member experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular club visits and member engagement
  • Assist with the recruitment, training and development of club-level staff to build a high-performing, customer-centric team
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations by providing feedback and recommendations to the senior management team

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a regional or multi-site operations management role, preferably within the fitness, retail or hospitality industries
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, financial performance and member/customer satisfaction in a multi-unit environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills to identify and implement data-driven solutions
  • Proficient in using technology and data analysis tools to monitor and optimize club performance
  • Passionate about the health and fitness industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business, management, sports science) is desirable
