Job Scope / Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Accounts Department with day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Record and update financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and payments in the SQL Accounting System.
  • Assist in verifying billings and ensuring proper filing of accounting documents.
  • Support the reconciliation of bank statements, supplier statements, and inter-branch transactions.
  • Review staff claims, petty cash, and expense documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation in compliance with audit and internal control requirements.
  • Perform any other accounting or administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's student in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Interested in learning practical accounting operations and business financial flow.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in completing tasks.
  • Able to handle confidential financial information with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word (experience with SQL Accounting is an advantage).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Internship duration: minimum 3 months (preferably 4–6 months).
  • Languages: English / Malay (Chinese is an advantage).

  • Learn how to record and manage daily accounting transactions accurately.
  • Experience coordination with multiple departments (Sales, Operations, Warehouse).
