Front-End Developer for Advertising at a World-Renowned Global American Company Known for Its Search Engine.

Front-End Developer Skills : HTML, Java Script, CSS, PHP

• Main Duties: You will be responsible for meeting with small and large Japanese businesses (users of Google Ads), hearing about their issues, and providing solutions through coding.
• Specific Responsibilities: - Advise clients from the perspective of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
• Provide technical support for Shopping Ad Campaigns and Dynamic Remarketing Ads
• Offer technical support, consultation, and implementation related to Google Ads/Analytics
• Implement online ad tags, optimize for mobile ads, and provide technical support
• Hear and propose solutions for client challenges - Provide technical support and implementation assistance for clients via Google Meet (Hangout)
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Other tasks as assigned by team leaders or managers 

• Administer leaves, attendance, scheduling, and other workforce related duties.
• Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow.
• Trend and track performance, as well as compiling monthly and yearly agent KPI reports.
• Highlight any performance deviations to the immediate superior for necessary action to be taken.
• Ensure that all data are collected, and are useable, relevant, accurate, representative and objective.
• Complete all daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports and dispatch to target audience on time.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possesses strong time management skills and the motivation to exceed expectations.
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with computers and multiple systems, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new ones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
