• Design and write clean code in HTML/CSS. A familiarity with JavaScript libraries and Content Management Systems are critical.

• Develop and implement new websites, landing pages based on project mock-ups ensuring the best possible performance and responsiveness. An understanding of common cross-browser compatibility issues is important.

• Identify bottlenecks, quick fixes and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address issues for desktop and various mobile applications.

• Work closely with UI/UX designers and technical lead to deliver intuitive interfaces and interaction layers with great user experience.

• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript, ReactJS (Preferred) / Angular / Vue, Layout (flexbox &grid), Responsive Design, Web performance optimization, Experience with API, SCSS/LESS, NPM/Yarn and Version control system.

• Possesses skills in React Hooks, Animation, CSS in JS, Webpack / Gulp / Grunt, Web Storage API, Unit Testing, Socket IO, CI/CD and Skeleton.

• Attuned to trending web and mobile technologies. An added advantage to candidates with a strong understanding of Progressive Web Application (PWA) and Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP).

• Meticulous and effective at troubleshooting. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
