About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at TOWER BUILD STEEL SDN BHD'. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction site in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of construction crews to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
  • Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure quality standards are met
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, material usage, and equipment maintenance
  • Provide on-site training and mentorship to junior members of the construction team
  • Ensure the site is well-organised and that all necessary equipment and materials are available
  • Monitor and report on the site's compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a Steel Structure Experience
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Familiarity with Steel fabrication is an advantage.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make timely decisions to keep projects on track
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
