Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate site activities, including workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure all work is executed in line with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
  • Monitor site progress, prepare daily reports, and update project management on timelines and issues.
  • Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and on-site inspections.
  • Manage site housekeeping and maintain an organized, safe working environment.
  • Assist in workforce planning, including scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.

Qualification

  • SPM/Certificate/Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year experience working as site supervisor

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
