Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Moderator, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines. The role involves analyzing content, providing customer support, addressing user inquiries, offering technical support, and participating in training sessions to stay updated with moderation policies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in
    Bahasa Indonesia
    and
    Mandarin Chinese
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and make decisions on content
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Technical Support skills to assist users with content-related issues
  • Experience in Training to stay updated with policies and best practices
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
