The Role: Associate Partner

As an Associate Partner, you'll serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to 3–4 client organizations. You'll help shape and deliver people strategies that align with their business goals, from performance and culture to leadership and team development.

You'll manage your own time and priorities to ensure client deliverables are met, while also contributing to the growth of our brand and services. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping businesses and people grow, and who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

You'll also facilitate leadership development workshops and coaching sessions, either for our retained clients or external clients who engage us for specific sessions.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Build trusted relationships with 3–4 key client organizations

Prioritise and deliver people project outcomes and client needs with care and consistency

Guide and support goal setting, tracking, and review cycles for client teams

Mentor and coach in-house HR teams, helping them elevate their strategy and impact

Drive critical people projects directly, not just oversee them

Facilitate leadership and management workshops and coaching sessions

Contribute to business development and represent the OPT brand with quality and heart

Support and contribute to any additional projects or initiatives that are critical to the company's success and strategic goals
