  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and bill of quantities for construction projects
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the best value for the company

What we're looking for

  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques
  • Able to handle pre and post contract management
  • Proficient Chinese, English and Malay.
