Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Part 1 & Part 2 Architect based in Johor Bahru. Key responsibilities will include participating in architectural design processes, developing creative and functional design solutions, and preparing essential project documentation. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless execution and integration of architectural projects while adhering to project goals and deadlines. Additionally, responsibilities include assisting in project management tasks such as coordination with clients and consultants, and ensuring projects comply with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong skills in Project Management with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and client relationships effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to communicate ideas effectively through visual and written formats.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline (e.g., candidates with Part 1 and Part 2 architecture qualifications).
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, standards and guidelines is a must have.
