Senior Draughtsperson

We are looking for an experienced draughtsperson who can lead and support the documentation process. Our ideal candidate should have:

  • A Diploma or higher qualification in Architectural Drafting or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in architectural drafting
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with solid understanding of construction and technical detailing
  • Ability to produce full sets of submission and construction drawings with minimal supervision
  • Experience in coordinating with consultants and preparing authority submission drawings
  • Good communication in English & Bahasa Melayu
  • Ability to manage deadlines, mentor junior drafters, and uphold high drawing standards

Part 1 Assistant Architect

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit & other relevant softwares
  • Fluent communication in English & Bahasa Melayu
  • Ability to liaise with authorities and clients, attend meetings and site visits
  • Responsibility of overseeing entire projects under direct supervision from the Principal Architect
  • Ability to work to tight time constraints when necessary and manage multiple tasks as well as team members
