The Instructional Assistant for Elementary School plays a key role in supporting teachers and students, ensuring a nurturing and engaging learning environment. This position helps facilitate student learning by assisting with instruction, classroom organization, and daily activities, contributing to the overall success of the Elementary School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation, instructional activities, and documentation of student progress.
  • Work with small groups of students to provide academic support and reinforce learning.
  • Supervise students in both indoor and outdoor spaces to ensure a safe and structured environment.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as maintaining student records, organizing materials, and ensuring office supplies are stocked.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and team leaders to support the smooth operation of the department.
