Authorities:

The role is to support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the hospital. This includes assisting in departmental coordination, supporting vendor follow-ups, and contributing to smooth, safe, and efficient hospital operations.

Nature and Scope

  • To assist in monitoring vendor services (maintenance, security, linen, IT, and purchasing).
  • Maintain vendor records and update agreements as instructed.
  • Follow up on maintenance requests, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Support contractor check-in/out monitoring and ensure adherence to safety policies.
  • Responsible in keying data into the ESWISV2 system for scheduled waste management.
  • To support compliance with DOE requirements under the Environmental Quality (Scheduled Wastes) Regulations 2005.
  • To prepare reports, documentation, and meeting notes as required.

  • Coordinate with departments to assist operational initiatives/projects.

  • Participate in quality-related activities, meetings, and training programs as required (HOD, Hospital Quality Committee, Safety & Health, ISO).

  • Support compliance with ISO 9001:2015, hospital accreditation standards, and other statutory requirements.
  • Participate in 5S activities and other hospital programs.
  • Deliver professional and courteous customer service in interactions with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
