We're looking for a results-driven Assistant Operations Manager to lead our restaurant and retail teams, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold the standards of a 130-year French bakery heritage.

You will ensure smooth running of all outlets, uphold company SOPs, monitor performance, and deliver excellent customer service while driving operational efficiency and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and retail operations (Pavilion, Damansara & KLIA).
  • Ensure full SOP compliance, sales report accuracy, and proper cash handling.
  • Monitor inventory, wastage, KPIs, and implement cost control measures.
  • Handle maintenance issues, including repair and upkeep scheduling.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Support catering operations in coordination with the MARCOM team (event manpower, setup, feedback).
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in restaurant or retail operations management, preferably F&B.
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with POS/inventory systems.
  • Able to work independently, travel between outlets, and manage multiple priorities.
