Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, FMA, DOSH, and other related regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety policies, risk assessments, and safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Organize and lead safety trainings, emergency drills, and toolbox meetings.
  • Monitor and review contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports to DOSH and related authorities.
  • Support the implementation of ISO 45001 and other related safety management systems.
  • Lead the Safety Committee and drive continuous improvement initiatives in occupational health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH (preferred or in-progress).
  • Minimum 2–5 years' experience in manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, FMA, and Malaysian safety regulations.
  • Good communication, training, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
