  • Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities for the company's fleet of vessels and marine equipment.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor daily maintenance and repair works performed by mechanics and welders.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections on on machineries and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure operational readiness.
  • Verify that maintenance and repair works are properly executed and documented.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the maintenance team.
  • Liaise with vessel crew, and shipyard personnel on repair activities.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, defect lists, and work completion records for management review.
  • Request materials, tools, and supplies as needed to support maintenance operations.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety procedures and environmental regulations during maintenance works.
  • Promote good housekeeping and safe working practices at all times.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in vessel or marine maintenance, including supervisory or lead role.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of marine machinery systems, maintenance procedures, and shipboard operations.
  • Able to lead and motivate a team to achieve maintenance targets.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Willing to work beyond normal hours and travel for vessel operations when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
