Business Internship

This internship provides hands-on experience in administrative operations, supporting various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.

Available departments:

  • Business

  • Human Resource

  • Purchasing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

  • Support document preparation, formatting, and distribution.

  • Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and office inventories.

  • Liaise with internal departments for administrative support needs.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in documentation.

  • (Depends on which department you are shortlisted)

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, International Business or a related field.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

  • Able to work Penang (Bayan Lepas and Batu Kawan)

  • Internship duration 3 to 6 months
