Internship (Business Support – Administrative (HR/Finance/Admin)

Location : Penang

Administrative Task

This internship offers the opportunity to take on a variety of meaningful responsibilities and gain real exposure to a professional working environment. As part of our team, you will handle a wide range of important tasks, contributing directly to ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities (Admin):

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Manage recruitment process, employee benefits processing & administration
  • To work with finance to compile and analysis data, information, and assist finance to perform their duties.

Target Audience:

Undergraduate students who are looking for internship placement in year 2026.

Requirements:

  • Preferably basic knowledge in Office Application
  • Good communication skills, problem-solving skills & self-motivated
  • Excellent Language skills: English and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player
