Let's Talk About the role:

  • Assist in designing and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentation for new product introductions and volume production.

  • Support process validation activities in compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with Product Development to ensure designs are scalable and manufacturable.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN, Six Sigma, and GMP principles.

  • Analyze manufacturing data using tools like SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, and Power BI to drive efficiency and quality.

We welcome fresh graduates and early-career professionals with 1–2 years of working experience who are eager to learn, grow, and make a difference.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a quality-focused mindset.

  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

  • A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative attitude.

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated environments.

  • Exposure to process validation, automation, or volume production.

  • Familiarity with QMS audits and data analytics tools.
