Job Scope:
The Insurance Office structure is aimed at creating more efficient, collaborative, and optimized insurance practices across the region. By leveraging the existing local expertise and assets, it aims to enhance technical excellence, streamline underwriting activities, policies and contracts management, and drive profitable growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Internationally educated with relevant business degree qualifications. MBA an advantage.
  • Strong (10+) experience in Insurance field (property & casualty and / or Assistance), actuarial background or similar experience in following areas: Reinsurance, technical profitability monitoring & reserving, Pricing & Underwriting
  • A background in reinsurance industry combined with solid know-how in profitability monitoring, process and governance would be a significant advantage. In addition, the candidate shall have led significant projects and interacted with various levels of stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of insurance products, markets, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and adaptability are essential, along with team management abilities and a business-oriented mindset.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to execute operational plans.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Fast decision making, ready to take responsibility
  • Willingness to drive and facilitate cultural change
  • Fluent in English and a second language is an additional asset.
