Financial Analyst x 2 (PJ, KL)

  • Ensure timely and accurate record of financial information and provide analysis to support countries' divisions for both balance sheet and P&L.
  • Conduct variance analysis to track performance against budgets and forecasts and, provide insights on deviations & propose improvement/remediation plans.
  • Ensure local & regional reports are published and delivered on schedule.
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Support the FP&A Manager in automating/simplifying the reporting and forecasting process.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of financial reporting and planning activities by work closely with stakeholders to close the gap.
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required by management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/ Finance or Professional accounting Qualification
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis/business partnering with strong financial understanding and modeling skills
  • Able to translate strategic goals and initiatives into effective financial interpretation to support and deliver goals and initiatives.
  • Good understanding and experience of business processes in a global organization
  • Analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex processes to improve efficiency
  • Continuous improvement mindset to look for efficiencies.
