Responsibility:

  1. Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (photos, videos, captions, and articles) for social media, website, and marketing campaigns for Elissa Garden Hall (Terminal Bersepadu Gombak).
  2. Develop content strategies to promote upcoming events and showcase past events.
  3. Work closely with the event and marketing teams to capture key moments, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  4. Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media.
  5. Create promotional materials such as teaser videos, event highlights, and recap posts.
  6. Write compelling captions, blog posts, and promotional copy aligned with brand tone and voice.
  7. Stay updated on trends in social media, digital marketing, and event content.
  8. Track and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers when needed.
  10. Assist in live coverage of events (e.g., live posting, stories, or streaming).

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role, preferably in the event or marketing industry.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in photography, videography, or copywriting.
  3. Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong understanding of social media trends and digital engagement strategies.
  6. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to fast-paced event environments.
  7. Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills.
