Telesales (Basic + Comm)

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telesales to join our team. This position plays a vital role in building initial relationships and generating leads for the sales team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using a provided database or contact list
• Introduce company's services clearly and professionally over the phone
• Send follow-up emails with company profiles, brochures, or proposals to interested prospects
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or related fields preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay
• Confident, positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection professionally

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
