As Supervisor, you're the bridge between leadership and the floor team — guiding staff, supporting operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the sales floor
  • Support team performance, training, and development
  • Assist in managing store operations and customer service
  • Step in as manager-on-duty when required

You Bring

  • 2–4 years of retail or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Passion for customer service and the Vans lifestyle
