Store Supervisor

Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 4,000

Expected 3 Months (Training)

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year working experience in retail (Fashion or F&B) or a customer-facing role
  2. Able to converse in English, Chinese, Malay
  3. Experience with Computer Systems
  4. Must be able to work 6 days a week, no off dates on weekend
  5. Experience with leading and handling staffs more than 3
  6. Strong data analytical and data interpretation skills.
  7. Possess own transport

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Daily Supervision

  2. Supervise, train, and motivate a small team of sales associates.

  3. Manage daily staff schedules and assignments.

  4. Act as the lead on the sales floor, guiding the team and leading by example.

  5. Drive Sales & Customer Service

  6. Actively work to achieve the store's daily and weekly sales targets.

  7. Monitor key sales metrics and communicate goals to the team.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.

  9. Ensure every customer has a positive and welcoming experience.

  10. Manage Daily Operations

  11. Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures.

  12. Handle cash management, including reconciling tills and preparing deposits.
  13. Maintain store visual standards, including stocking, merchandising, and cleanliness.

  14. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

  15. Uphold Store Standards & Procedures

  16. Ensure all company policies and procedures (SOPs) are followed by the team.

  17. Maintain a safe, organized, and inviting store environment.
  18. Report any operational or maintenance issues to the Area Manager.
