Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, setup and issue tooling required for machining operations (CNC Milling and CNC Turning)
  • Maintain and monitor tooling inventory, ensuring availability and proper storage.
  • Inspect, sharpen, repair, and replace worn or damaged tooling to sustain machining accuracy.
  • Collaborate with CNC programmer, engineers, and machinist to determine tooling requirements for new jobs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on tooling and fixtures.
  • Maintain documentation of tooling usage, history, and maintenance records.

Competency Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fixture or tooling maintenance (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Hands-on skills in machining
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
