We are seeking a reliable and organised Account cum Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at The Season Tackle Sdn Bhd.
In this full-time role based in Ulu Tiram, Johor, you will provide comprehensive administrative and accounting support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling a variety of accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Providing general administrative support to the office and management team.
- Collaborating closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure efficient workflows and data accuracy.
- Assisting in managing and updating online platforms or company website stock (e.g., uploading products, updating stock levels, simple content management). (Added point)
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Preferably minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office; experience with website platforms or e-commerce is an advantage.
