Job Description:
- Team Leadership: Support the Head in leading and managing the team by supervising team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources, guidance, and support to excel in their roles.
- Coaching & Development: Responsible for coaching and developing the management team by providing ongoing training and knowledge to enhance their skills and performance in their specific roles.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize business operations, working to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Oversee the management of inventory and equipment, ensuring accurate records are maintained and all equipment is in good working condition for efficient operations.
- Recruitment & Training: Lead recruitment efforts by hiring and training new executives, ensuring they are adequately equipped to perform their roles effectively and contribute to the team's success.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to align departmental goals with company objectives, ensuring effective execution and achievement of business targets.
- Conflict Resolution & Performance Management: Address and resolve conflicts or performance issues among team members by determining the best course of action for coaching, development, and making decisions regarding promotions, transfers, or disciplinary measures.
- Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Growth & Improvement: Identify and act on opportunities for growth, making informed decisions about the implementation of new plans and strategies to meet operational goals.
- Emergency Decision-Making: Make quick, informed decisions in emergency situations to safeguard employees, customers, and company assets.
- Customer Relations: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, concerns, or suggestions, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvements in service delivery.
- Budget Management: Develop, manage, and monitor the department's operational budget to ensure financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Management/plantation
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a team leader/head of unit/head of department.
