About Role
The Junior Creative Designer will play a dual role in both graphic and video design, with a forward-looking emphasis on integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the creative workflow. This hybrid role demands a balance of artistic talent and technical proficiency, enabling the designer to produce visually compelling content while leveraging AI-powered tools to drive innovation, speed, and creative experimentation.
The Junior Creative Designer will have hybrid role for:
(a) Graphics: Create engaging and on brand graphics for a variety of media. Its responsibilities include the entire process of defining requirements, visualising, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
(b) Video: Have to create, edit, and produce video-based projects as assigned.

Work Experience: Minimum 1 years of work experience.
Location – Selangor, Malaysia.
Academic Qualification - Graduate of any Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia / Advertising / Media or equivalent.
Expectations from you
1. Graphic Design Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, design, and produce graphics for a wide range of media using both traditional and AI-powered tools.
- Create illustrations, logos, layouts, and visual assets that are aligned with brand identity.
- Use AI design platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic) for visual ideation, quick mock-ups, and automation of repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop visuals that support campaigns, branding, and digital initiatives.
- Ensure all graphics are optimised for cross-platform use and maintain visual consistency.
- Participate in ideation sessions and incorporate feedback in a fast-paced environment.
2. Video Design Responsibilities
- Produce and edit short- and long-form video content using software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs, Adobe Sensei) to enhance video workflows, including auto-editing, background removal, motion graphics, and audio processing.
- Support content creation through scripting, storyboarding, and post-production enhancements.
- Handle video shoots in-studio or on-location when needed, including basic camera setup and lighting.
- Create motion graphics and animation elements using both manual and AI-assisted techniques.
General Expectations
- Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Maintain awareness of the latest design trends and AI innovations in creative technology.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to deliver engaging visual content.
- Take initiative in exploring new tools and AI platforms that could benefit the team's creative output.
- Uphold ethical standards in the use of AI-generated content and ensure originality in final deliverables.
Skills required
- Min. 1 year of work experience.
- Required Skill(s): Adobe Creative Cloud (Mandatory: Illustrator, Photoshop), Premier Pro, Davinci, and, After Effect.
- Added advantage: Other graphic/ multimedia software.
- Project Management skills.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak and write in Bahasa Melayu & English.
