Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the management and administration of enterprise applications within the organization. This role involves assisting in various tasks related to financial management, customer support, internal process coordination, and fostering learning and growth within the enterprise application domain. This role plays a vital role in addressing challenges and contributing to the effective functioning of the enterprise application ecosystem.

Job Description

  • Assist in budget planning and tracking for application-related projects.
  • Help in monitoring and controlling costs associated with application initiatives.
  • Support financial reporting and analysis related to application expenditures.
  • Provide first-level support to users regarding application-related inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective support.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of standardized processes for application development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Assist in coordinating activities and timelines for application projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to processes and project deliverables.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance knowledge of application technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in training programs to improve skills related to application support and development.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements within the application team.

Job Requirement

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or training in application development, support, or project management are a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in application support, development, or a related field.
  • Experience in assisting with financial management, customer support, and coordination of internal processes is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with application development lifecycle and project management methodologies is desirable.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in application support and troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and software development frameworks.

  • Understanding of application deployment and infrastructure.

  • Communication:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with users, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
