Responsibilities:

  • Visitor management: Greet guests, verify appointments, and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and handle general office correspondence.
  • Office maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, and monitor and restock office supplies.
  • Clerical tasks: Perform other duties like preparing in/ out courier reports

Requirements:

  • Min SPM and above
  • Able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with people on the phone and in person.
  • Able to provide friendly and professional experience for visitors or customers
  • Familiarity with office equipment (phone systems, printers) and software (like Microsoft Office).
  • The capacity to handle unexpected situations and solve problems as they arise
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and keep the reception area orderly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
