Job Description:

a. Safely drive Directors to and from office, meetings, and any required destinations.

b. Ensure punctuality and a high level of professionalism at all times.

c. Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the company vehicle (interior & exterior).

d. Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and serviced on schedule.

e. Plan routes effectively to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrival.

f. Assist with errands, document delivery, or other tasks as assigned by Directors.

g. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling Directors' schedules and information.

Job Requirement:

a. Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D).

b. Good knowledge of Johor Bahru routes, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.

c. Clean driving record and strong safety awareness.

d. Physically fit, responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.

e. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required.

f. Able to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and proper etiquette.
