Customer Service Executive

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives to support multiple customer service projects for a global service provider. This role involves handling customer inquiries and delivering a high standard of customer experience across various platforms. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when required
  • Adhere to SOPs and client guidelines
  • Update customer information and maintain proper documentation
  • Achieve service quality and performance KPIs
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin , additional languages are an advantage.

  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with customer service experience

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
  • Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays (project-based)
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred
Added Advantage
  • Experience in BPO / Contact Centre / Customer Support
  • Exposure to e-commerce, tech, gaming, or financial service projects
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
