We are hiring Customer Service Executives to support multiple customer service projects for a global service provider. This role involves handling customer inquiries and delivering a high standard of customer experience across various platforms. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when required
- Adhere to SOPs and client guidelines
- Update customer information and maintain proper documentation
- Achieve service quality and performance KPIs
Proficient in English and Mandarin , additional languages are an advantage.
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays (project-based)
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred
- Experience in BPO / Contact Centre / Customer Support
- Exposure to e-commerce, tech, gaming, or financial service projects
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
