What You'll Do:

  • Assist in data entry and record maintenance for recruitment trackers and employee databases.
  • Assist in designing and posting social media content related to employer branding, job openings, and employee engagement.
  • Call and follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and application updates.
  • Support candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Call referees to conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Handle HR documentation, including candidate profiles, offer letters, and onboarding forms.
  • Assist in staff onboarding arrangements, including orientation preparation, workspace setup, and welcome communication.
  • Support other ad-hoc HR and recruitment tasks as assigned.

What You'll Learn:

  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • How to conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Exposure to HR documentation, data management, and compliance procedures.
  • Experience in employer branding and social media content creation
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Develop strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Understand the real-life operations of an HR department in a dynamic IT services company.

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with good follow-up ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is an added advantage.
  • Eager to learn and passionate about Human Resources and Employer Branding.
