Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Finance Executive to join our team in Selangor. The ideal candidate will assist with financial administration and general office duties to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily financial operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payments

Manage and maintain financial records and documentation

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence

Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting

Support the finance team with audits and reconciliations

Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding payments and invoices

Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification (Diploma in Finance or related field preferred)

1-2 years of experience in finance or administrative role

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Good understanding of basic accounting principles

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Able to work independently and as part of a team
