• Supervising and coordinating the activities of on-site construction teams to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols


• Conducting site inspections and monitoring the quality of construction work to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies


• Liaising with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving


• Preparing and maintaining detailed site records, reports, and documentation to support project management and decision-making


• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of site operations


• Providing technical guidance and support to construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks


• To complying of any paper works like submit all the WIR's and doing MOS


• Updating of work progress and reports in WAG


• Joint site survey for culvert verification work with RET (Resident Engineer Team)


• To compiles all the daily work reports from Engineer and liaise with the Planner Department for report of the day


• Monitoring of work progress and liaise with Engineer on site

  • Making daily reports

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experiance
  • Degree in Electrical / Civil Engineering or related discipline from recognized learning institutions
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Good in communication skills, personality, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel & Auto CAD
