What You'll Do

Visual Content Creation

● Capture high-quality photos and videos tailored for social media platforms.

● Filter, select, and brand event photos to ensure they align with content objectives and brand guidelines.

● Share selected visuals with the video editing team for inclusion in edited content and campaigns.

Content Planning & Development

● Assist in creating and maintaining a content calendar aligned with marketing strategies.

● Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm content ideas.

● Research and produce content aligned with key themes and brand messaging.

● Write clear, engaging captions tailored to each social media platform, reflecting the brand's tone and voice.

Content Management

● Submit content for review and approval before publishing.

● Schedule and publish approved content across active social media channels.

● Monitor social media inboxes, comments, and invitations; flag and escalate issues or important messages to the appropriate team members.

Campaign Engagement Support

● Monitor audience interaction and participation in social media campaigns.

● Coordinate necessary follow-up actions in line with campaign goals and internal processes.

Performance Monitoring

● Track key performance metrics for social media posts and campaigns.

● Prepare monthly performance summaries and share actionable insights with the marketing team.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, etc.).
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and content scheduling tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail in planning campaigns and producing content.
  • Ability to analyze basic marketing data and prepare simple reports.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools are an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and keep up with digital marketing trends.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
