Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya.

Note: Candidates will need to commute by car as there is no access to LRT or public transport near our office.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, ideate, and manage monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
  • Foster meaningful connections with our online community through timely and interactive responses.
  • Identify and leverage social media trends to keep our brand presence fresh and relevant.
  • Monitor social media metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Recruit influencers and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Support other departments by creating social media content that amplifies their initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms: TikTok, Lemon8, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a knack for ideating shareable content.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and working styles.
  • Passionate about staying on top of social media trends and culture.
  • Intermediate to advanced video editing skills, especially using CapCut
    .
  • Proficient in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media and content management. Experience with FMCG brands or influencer marketing is a plus.
