Requirements

STPM or Diploma / Degree in any field.

Good computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Possess a valid driving license with a clean record.

Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a corporate or private driver.

Familiar with Klang Valley and interstate route.

Physically fit, punctual and disciplined.

Follow traffic laws, regulations and safe driving practise.

Able to commit to overtime and outstation travel when required.

Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential matters.

Responsibility

Primary Driving & Chauffeur Duties:

Provide safe, reliable and punctual chauffeuring services for the top management.

Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well maintained and in excellent conditions.

Plan routes and manage travel schedule effectively.

Monitor and schedule regular car service, inspection and repairs.

Be available for extended and irregular working hours (evenings, late night and early morning).

Personal Assistant & Administrative Duties:

Manage calendars (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar), schedule appointments, and handle email correspondence on behalf of the top management.

Prepare simple documents, spreadsheets, or presentations (MS Office). Assist with digital expense reporting and receipt management.

Serve as a point of contact, relaying messages accurately and professionally via phone, email, and messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram).

Handle tasks such as online bookings, mailing packages, and coordinating with other household or business contacts.

Always uphold confidentially and professionalism.
