The candidate will lead a small technical team (3-5 members) focused on configuring a Policy Management System and supporting minor eCommerce integration enhancements across the APAC region. The role emphasizes team mentorship, delivery oversight, and stakeholder coordination, without direct architectural or delivery ownership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor engineers and testers.
  • Coordinate with ANZ Architecture, PMO, and QA teams.
  • Ensure alignment with centrally defined specifications.
  • Uphold best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
  • Support CI/CD integration using Jenkins.
  • Foster a culture of delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in a similar role.
  • Strong Java & Spring Boot expertise.
  • Jenkins CI/CD experience. API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
  • AWS deployment familiarity.
  • SQL and relational database proficiency. GIT version control.
  • Excellent English communication.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring.
  • Cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Stakeholder engagement and issue escalation.
