Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee all warehouse operations for telco projects.

· Execute the timely and accurate inbound and outbound logistics of materials and equipment (e.g., antennas, RF equipment, fiber optics, power modules) to support project teams.

· Maintain and update precise daily records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.

· Perform regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.

· Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and secure, adhering to 5S and safety standards to prevent damage or loss.

· Assist in the processing of material returns, exchanges, and obsolete stock.

Job Requirement:

· Possess basic computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel); experience with inventory management software is a plus.

· Responsible, detail-oriented, and with a strong willingness to learn new processes and telecom products.

· Able to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with project staff.

· Willing to work overtime as required by project deadlines and workload.

Previous experience in warehouse management or the telecommunications industry is preferred.
