Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of assigned key accounts (e.g., Watsons, Guardian).Work closely with buyers and category managers to execute promotions, listings, and campaigns.Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance to optimize inventory and forecast demand.Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand activations and point-of-sale strategies.Lead periodic business reviews with retail partners to assess performance and growth opportunities.Track competitor activity and provide market insights to internal teams.Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and minimize stockouts.Support the Head of Sales in achieving overall channel sales targets.Identify, negotiate, and onboard new pharmacy accounts to expand brand presence beyond existing key retailers.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in key account management or retail sales, preferably within cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industries.Strong understanding of health & beauty retail operations (Watsons, Guardian, etc.).Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and handle multiple priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data-driven reporting.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Experience working with fast-moving or trend-based products is an advantage.Prior experience in pharmacy channel development and new account acquisition will be a plus.BenefitsAnnual Leave: 8 days (< 2 years of service)Medical Leave: 14 days (< 2 years of service)Full Attendance Allowance: RM100Parking Allowance: RM4 per dayCompany TripPerformance BonusStaff VouchersJob Type: Full-timePay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per monthBenefits:Opportunities for promotionProfessional developmentWork Location: In person
