Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the preschool and infant care center meets or exceeds all licensing requirements and maintains a high level of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the center to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of teachers, administrative staff, and support staff to ensure that the center is fully staffed and that all staff members are providing high-quality care and education to the children.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and families to ensure high levels of parent satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the community and local businesses to increase enrollment and promote the center.
  • Manage the center's budget to ensure that financial goals are met.
  • Ensure that the center is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on the center's performance, including financial performance, parent satisfaction, and compliance with licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a preschool or infant care center or any senior management position in cooperate company.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with parents, families, and staff.
  • Knowledge of licensing requirements and regulations for preschool and infant care centers.
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage a budget and achieve financial goals.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
