We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Purchasing Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new product and supplier proposals.
  • Manage relationships with existing suppliers.
  • Evaluate quotations based on quality, price, and reliability.
  • Conduct price comparisons and market surveys.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally.

Job Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, merchandising, or a similar function
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive and able to handle fast-paced work environments.
