Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Assistant Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee daily operations of our Coffee House, Lobby Lounge and Banquet services. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and supporting the Management in achieveing F&B revenue and profitability. The Assistant F&B Manager will also manage banquet operations, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including coffee house, lounges, and banquet facilities
  • Ensure high-quality service standards and guest satisfaction across all F&B services
  • Supervise, train, and motivate F&B and banquet staff to maintain consistent service excellence
  • Coordinate with the Banquet Sales team to plan, organize, and execute events and functions
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • To contribute in creating and implementing menus, promotions, and service initiatives in collaboration with the Executive Chef
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Prepare performance and financial reports for management review
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving departmental revenue targets
  • Maintain strong communication with sales, kitchen, banquet, and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of F&B supervisory experience in a hotel, resort, or large banquet operation
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage both à la carte and banquet operations effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros)
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Open to Malaysian citizen only*

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
